1. Which payment methods do you accept?

You can pay with PayPal, Mercado Pago, bank transfer (transferencia), or Debit/Credit card. All payment options are available on our website store.
            

             1.1 Can I pay with bank transfer (transferencia)?

Certainly! If you prefer to pay via transferencia, we will send you an email with our account information and the necessary steps. Please notify us if you wish to make the payment in MXN or USD.

           1.2 Can I pay over time with no interest?

YES! Through Mercado Pago you are able to differ your payments. 

2. Do you only offer the languages listed on your website?

While we currently focus on the most in-demand languages, we are flexible. If you desire to enroll in a language not listed, contact us, and we can arrange a personalized course for you. The package price may vary depending on the language.

3. Do you provide certifications?

No, we do not issue certifications. However, we offer personalized programs to prepare you for any certification exam. You’ll receive a customized study guide, a calendar, and guidance from a specialized native teacher. Simulations are also included to help you familiarize yourself with the test format.

4. Are lessons conducted online?

Yes, all our lessons are exclusively conducted online, allowing you the flexibility to learn from anywhere in the world.

           4.1 Do you offer in-person lessons?

Our focus is on online lessons, offering the convenience of learning from the comfort of your chosen location. Online lessons provide flexibility and eliminate geographical constraints, ensuring a seamless learning experience.

 

5. How do the lesson packages work?

You can purchase lesson packages (60, 30, 15, 9, or 3 lessons) directly from our website. Once purchased, you have a year to utilize your lessons. Additionally, we offer a certain number of free cancellations and rescheduling options. Each package includes personalized content with activities and exercises for daily practice.

 

6. Can I schedule lessons at my convenience?

Yes, our scheduling system allows you to book lessons at a time that suits your availability. Our goal is to make language learning flexible and tailored to your needs.
