Refund Policy Overview:

    – We regret to inform you that, as a general policy, we do not offer refunds on lesson packages. Once a package is purchased, it is considered final.
  2. Lesson Expiry:
    – All lesson packages are valid for one year from the date of purchase. During this time, you have the flexibility to schedule and enjoy your lessons at your convenience.
  3. Unused Lessons:
    – If, for any reason, you do not book any lessons during the one-year period from the date of purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund for unused lessons.

Why No Refunds?

We understand that circumstances may change, and scheduling conflicts may arise. However, our no-refund policy is in place to ensure the sustainability of our language school and to continue providing quality services to all our students. This policy allows us to maintain a fair and consistent approach for all learners.
